We act as an intermediary between you and the charter operator. The charter contract is between you and the operator. We facilitate communication, availability checks, and booking coordination, but the operator is responsible for the yacht, crew, and on-water services.

3. Pricing & payments

Prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to availability. Final pricing is confirmed in your personalised quote. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and security deposits are specified in the charter agreement between you and the operator.

4. Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the charter agreement is signed and the required deposit is paid as per the operator's terms.

5. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of yacht information, pricing, and availability displayed on this website. However, we are not liable for inaccuracies, changes by operators, or issues arising during the charter itself. The operator's terms and insurance apply.
